Objectives

The study aimed to achieve the following primary objectives:

  • To assess and compare the growth of onion plant roots when subjected to different water types: Oxygen NICO Nanobubble (NNB) water and normal tap water.
  • To examine and contrast the growth of onion roots under varying water conditions.

Methodology

NICO Nanobubble India Co. initiated a case study focusing on onion root growth, comparing root development under two different water conditions: Oxygen NNB* water and normal tap water.

Two distinct water treatment conditions were examined: in one condition, the water was replaced daily, while in the other, the water remained stagnant. Throughout the study period, parameters such as Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Dissolved Oxygen (DO), and pH levels of the water were monitored daily.

Root measurements were observed at five-day intervals. This methodology was designed to assess the impact of different water types and treatment conditions on the growth of onion roots.

Observation

  • Root growth in NICO Nanobubble (NNB) water displayed superior growth compared to roots cultivated in normal tap water.
  • The root length in NNB water surpassed that of plants grown in normal tap water.
  • Onion plants grown in normal tap water showed the least favorable growth outcomes.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the findings from the case study conducted by NICO Nanobubble India Co. suggest that the utilization of NICO Nanobubble (NNB) water holds significant promise for enhancing onion root growth.
These findings collectively indicate that the application of NNB waterpositively influences onion root growth, as evidenced by increased and stronger roots.Therefore, incorporating NNB oxygen-infused water technology into agricultural practices could offer a promising avenue for improving crop yields and increasing the profits of farmers.
