Shrimp and Fish Aquaculture

Oxygen demand changes with stock growth, feeding, organic material and weather. Warm ponds and sensitive hatchery systems require different arrangements, even within the same farm.

Nanobubble oxygenation can be evaluated in suitable production and treatment loops. Species requirements, circulation, monitoring and emergency aeration remain central to safe integration.

Agriculture, Horticulture and Irrigation

Stored irrigation water changes with heat, sediment, source conditions and biological activity. A crop trial should first establish whether oxygen limitation is relevant to the growing system.

Evaluate compatible reservoirs, nurseries, greenhouses and nutrient loops while accounting for drainage, nutrition and water delivery. Higher reservoir oxygen does not automatically prove a crop benefit.

Industrial and Municipal Wastewater Treatment

Reuse begins with the intended application and the quality it requires. Treatment, storage, distribution and exposure risks must be considered together.

Nanobubble oxygenation may support suitable aerobic treatment, while selected polishing duties may need additional technologies. An improved oxygen reading is not proof that reclaimed water is safe for use.

Lakes, Ponds and Rivers Water Restoration

Pollution inputs, organic sediments and changing flows can create low oxygen and odour. Canals require particular attention to water movement and continuing upstream loading.

Targeted nanobubble oxygenation may contribute within a wider programme addressing sources, hydraulics and ecology. A treatment area and measurable objective should be defined before equipment is selected.

Seafood and Food-Processing Wastewater

Production, washing and sanitation can create variable flow, solids, organic load, salinity and pH. Successful treatment must account for these events rather than rely on average flow alone.

NICO systems may supplement oxygen delivery in compatible aerobic stages after appropriate screening, separation and equalisation. Selected polishing requirements need their own assessment.
